Jill and Gerry James would like to welcome you to Berry Mill House, which is a converted 17th Century Mill, and also to the adjacent Cobwebs holiday cottage, both beautifully situated in this picturesque location, within the famous and award winning village of Berrynarbor, North Devon. Berrynarbor is located in a wooded valley between Combe Martin and Ilfracombe and is the perfect location for exploration of North Devons world famous Jurassic coastline or for seeing the magnificent beauty of the Exmoor National Park. To the west we are close to the Atlantic coastline with its extensive sandy beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde Bay and Saunton Sands, at which you can relax or engage in more strenuous activities like surfing. Excellent homemade Evening Meals, using organic produce where available, are available at Berry Mill House with prior booking being required. We are are fully licenced and have a large range of new and old world wines. Our guests are welcome to enjoy our large lounge and balcony overlooking the garden. Our property also features a small stream that runs along our delightful woodlands. Please Note: Our accommodation at Berry Mill House is Non -Smoking. There is a 2 night minimum stay over the summer period (June - August).

With stunning views across the bay, the hotel is enviably nestled at the gateway to magical Exmoor and within easy reach of the glorious beaches of the Atlantic. Throughout the week, you will be tempted by our extensive five course menu, seafood platters, locally caught lobster, salmon and prime steaks from nearby farms. Every Saturday, our chef presents his Swedish Smorgasbord alongside his succulent carvery roasts, followed by an after-dinner disco. The indoor swimming pool features a sliding glass dome which means it can be used all year round. We have a bubbling spa bath, plus sauna, steam-room and fitness area with gym equipment. we do take dogs at a charge of 7.50 per dog per night. Dogs are not allowed in public rooms, they are allowed in the bedrooms and gardens only. Please advise of any dogs at time of booking.
