Beachcombers Apartments are a superb new complex, completed
2005, situated just 200 yards from the beautiful sands at Watergate Bay, only 2
miles from Newquay airport and 4 miles from Newquay town centre. There are
several bars/restaurants within walking distance including "Fifteen
Cornwall", Jamie Oliver's new restaurant, which opened in 2006.
Beachcombers offer a choice of one bedroom (twin) units, or two bedroom (twin
and double) units. All have balcony or patio and many have sea views.
All apartments are furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout.
Lounge/diner with widescreen satellite TV (selected channels), plus DVD player
and a convertible double bed-settee. Well equipped kitchen area with cooker,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer plus an extensive range of utensils,
crockery and cutlery. Iron and ironing board. Deluxe bathroom with large shower
unit, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and shaving point. Separate toilet and
washbasin (except 2 bedroom units which have a second bathroom instead). All
bedding comprising pillows, duvets and linen included. Full central heating,
double glazing and wall safe. Private parking space (for one car per apartment)
with public car park nearby. Secure lockers and storage area for surfboards,
golf clubs etc, plus shower and toilet. Gas and electric included.

This well appointed value-for-money hotel offers a warm and friendly welcome in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The attractive sea-view restaurant has a well earned reputation for good food and uses fresh local produce wherever possible. Generous buffet style breakfasts are served and three-course carvery table d'hote dinners are provided in the evenings. Occasionally a la carte dishes are available. Hotel amenities include an informal bar with separate games and tv room, sun lounge and non-smoking conservatory, heated outdoor pool (usually open mid-May to mid-Sep), sheltered sun patio, sauna and Jacuzzi (small charge), small rockery garden and a car park. Minimum 3 night bookings in the peak and all bank holidays shorter durations may be available please ask when enquiring. GROUP BOOKINGS - Groups are most welcome. Please note that reservations for all-male/all-female bookings will NOT be accepted and will be turned away on arrival with no refund of any monies. From contemporary Cornish cuisine to fusion dishes with an international feel, from simple snacks and family meals to group dining or intimate dinners: whatever you fancy, it's all on the menu here. The Hotel Brasserie Slightly more formal than our other venues, the hotel dining room is an elegant choice for your evening meal. The menu is based on carefully sourced, seasonal Cornish produce, with the freshest local seafood heading the list, but always giving plenty of choice. If you'd like to relax in the privacy of your own room or suite, room service is always at hand.
